Excellent property. Highly recommend this property. Was cosy bright, clean just what expected. Easy to communicate with staff members.

Can be added couple more toiletries like toilet paper and washing powder. Couple more bin bags. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was perfect for us! Exactly what we hoped for.

Fantastic views, great facilities and near to bars and restaurants but not noisy at night. Perfect.

Stunning views in all directions! Beautiful terrace with sea view! In the heart of the old town - supermarkets, beaches and restaurants all reachable within minutes by foot!

Location was amazing right in the old town, bars & restaurants 2 mins walk away. Lovely roof terrace with cracking views and a lovely size apartment. The lift was a bonus as it's a sixth floor penthouse apartment. Cleaning girls where lovely and friendly on key collection and WIFI excellent.

The apartment was not the cleanest to be honest the kitchen needed a deep clean and was in need of updating in places. Shower cubical and tile in need of a bit of TLC also. Key collection was a bit of a mare - The owners only speak Spanish, so conversing was an issue, however the power of google translate and Whatsapp saved the day. I would recommend that you definitely contact them in advance by this method is you do not speak Spanish, to get clear instruction on Key collection etc. TV also very dated and small, in need of upgrading.

Excellent small apartment in an excellent location. Nice and quiet and just all that was required

This penthouse apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Benidorm Old Town. Close to Ian's Restaurant, Sherry's Bar, Placa de la Senyoria, and the sandy cove of Mal Pas beach.  The private terrace of the apartment has views of the Old Town Church, Placa del Castell, Peacock Island and Mediterranean Sea.  From the bedroom you have views of the mountains and Poniente beachfront in the distance.  The double bed is super comfortable.  There is an elevator and also a few steps to navigate as well at the main door and also the Penthouse entrance. A nice friendly man brought the keys at 1600 hours on the day of arrival. Then on the day of departure I left the keys in the room because the door locks itself once closed.

Two minor observations. I noticed that the metal framed windows in the bedroom make a creaking or rattling noise whenever the weather is exceptionally windy outside. Perhaps the mechanism needs tightening or a strip of insulation might reduce the noise. The shower cubicle is due a minor touch up where the surface tile paint has peeled away from a few of the tiles. Everything else was in a good condition. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.
