This is the best hotel we stayed in, in Madagascar. Everything is beautiful. Food is excellent.

The shower is cold in the morning.

"Nice resort."

The resort is on a cliffwith a nice view. Unfortunately the day we were there it was very windy. We left one day early and Manuela was very flexible to cancel our reservation for one day.

There was no fan in our room. When we told Manuela about that she apologized because there should be one. We also har problems with our credit card si better bring cash.

The place was even more beautiful than on the pictures. Amazing. The hospitality and friendiness from all the staff and Ernesto's cooking were outstanding. Couldn't be happier about our choice where to stay on the west coast. I hope to come back again!

"Great food and hospitality!"

Excellent fresh fish dishes prepared daily by an experienced chef, but vegetarian options are also available! Staff members were friendly and helpful. If you want a peaceful break from your daily routine - surrounded by pristine beaches and natural beauty - this is the place. I would also suggest that you plan a stay of several days rather than just one or two nights!

The journey by road to the resort is quite heavy going. Once the new highway is complete (around 2026) this will be easier. Until then I suggest you plan your road trip to Laguna Bleu over two days, with a stay over at one of the resorts between Tulear and Andavodoaka.

"Better options available along the coast"

The bungalows and location.

It was strange that the owners acted as guests at their own place. And despite the raving reviews here at booking, we had the worst dinner during our 3 weeks in Madagascar at the Laguna Blu.

"A very special place."

A beautiful property on a wonderful beach in an amazing location. The whole place is fantastic. Lovely bungalow with great outdoor shower, hot water & comfortable beds. The staff are amazing & the food is good. Emanuela & her husband have created a very special place. I highly recommend a few days relaxation here.
