"Deshonestos con las reservas pagadas con anticipación"

El mismo día de ingreso enviaron mensaje diciendo que la habitación que fue reservada y pagada, tenía un inconveniente y nos trasladaron para otro hotel más pequeño y con instalaciones deficientes. Sin embargo llegamos al hotel y al solicitar que nos dejarán ver cuál era el daño de la habitación mostraron un cuarto que se nota que hace rato no lo usan, por lo que pudimos confirmar que nuestra reserva no fue respetada y que alquilaron nuestra habitación. Eso es ser deshonestos. Además el desayuno era lo que quedara del otro hotel. Muy mal. No lo recomiendo porque no tienen seriedad en mantener las reservas. Adicional las niñas que atienden son poco formales.

L’amabilité, la serviabilité et l’humanité du personnel. L’équipement simple et fonctionnel. L’emplacement proche de la mer. J’ai apprécié le fait que les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure et de ce fait, bénéficié du calme que cela offre.

Los cuartos son viejos, no se ven como los de la foto, el aire acondicionado tiene un olor horrible y el agua para bañarse y lavarse los dientes es salada, además a todo esto los socios hicieron una fiesta con mariachis en el mismo piso en el que nos alojamos y no pudimos descansar en toda la noche. No recomendado pésimo alojamiento.
