WHome Central Oasis Prime Location w/ Great View

Zwar etwas abseits der Innenstadt aber sehr gute Frühstückscafes nebenan, auch gute kleine Restaurants.. Sehr gute Anbindung an Busnetz, Haltestelle nur 2 - 3 min entfernt. Eher für Jüngere geeignet, 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Wenig Touristentrubel, eher Altstadt-Wohngiebiet.

Der Lattenrost des Bettes müsste mal fixiert werden.

The apartment is great located, 20-30 min walk to the Praça do Comércio. The flat was clean with everything needed for your stay, especially the kitchen was equipt perfectly. We had one miscommunication at the beginning regarding the flat type and extra bedding but after the phone call, we resolved it (so my recommendation is to be more open for the quests requests). The windows were into the garden, so there wasn't a loud sound from the streets.

The furniture in the apartment is not new and some of it needs a renovation, also there was not enough space/wardrobe (only one shelf in the room). There were 2 of us, and it was difficult to imagine staying 4 adults (maybe I just wanted to have more space) but it seemed that it is small for a long stay especially if you plan to work remotely (by the way the Wi-FI worked perfectly.

Nicely furnished, with mostly new furnitures and appliances, the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable for 4 people. The decor was great :) There was a washing machine and even laundry detergent if we wanted to use it.

There was no elevator in the building and it was on the third floor. Which was fine for me, but for my travel companions it was a little difficult at the end of the day.
