Nice area. Good size bedrooms. Key in an easy place to locate. Good shower. Light and airy, good fridge, freezer. Large kitchen.

Trains a bit noisy as had windows open due to it being extremely hot weather. The house is sold and this reflected in its upkeep. Basic tho reasonable. Struggled to open wardrobe door. Stairs steep for older age groups.

Great location. House lovely and warm. 2 very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and lounge.

A couple of minor repairs needed but didn’t spoil the stay.

Location was very good, short drive into Rochester centre. Heating was good, on quiet housing estate, good off road parking.

Not a case of not liking anything in particular. Property quite spacious, functional and we had a nice stay. Window blind in main bathroom was broken and reported to owner. But didn’t really detract from our stay

Het huis staat in een mooie wijk op wandel afstand van Rochester centrum en het treinstation naar Londen. Het huis is ruim en met 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten comfortabel. Bedden sliepen prima, en de tuin is ook fijn (hoewel niet onderhouden en geen tuinmeubilair). Een eigen parkeerplek is heel fijn.

De voorzieningen vielen wat tegen. Er is heel beperkt bestek en servies, zodat je steeds moet afwassen. (Wel met vaatwasser). Potten en pannen zijn krom en versleten. De tv gaf een blauw uitgeslagen kleur, en het meubilair is karig. De kastdeurtjes in de grote keuken vielen er af. Op verzoek werd wel snel gereageerd voor een extra mes en vork, een schone theedoek en afwasborstel. De reparatie van de tv is niet gelukt.

The house is lovely, very clean and tidy, it contained everything we needed. The owners are helpful, they left us a bottle of wine and a Christmas card. The location of the house is great, within walking distance of the castle. Cathedral and high street. My family and I had a really comfortable stay over Christmas, the beds are comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

This a lovely detached home in a residential area, surrounded by very nice properties and family homes. It felt safe, looked after and a great location with only 15 mins to Rochester central.

Only has one set of keys, however this isn’t a deal breaker. It’s kept in an accessible safe which is manageable, however I would recommend a second set be made available for certain situations or arrangements.

love location and host was quick at replying. Keys were easy to access.

No Mirrors in the property to do makeup. Need some dressing tables for ladies.
