OK I’m gonna start saying that I confused a day when I rent the property and I went over there a day early like around 6 PM when I got to the property I contact them owner and I explain what happened and I told them that I was a day early and that I want move. My reservation for that day is good to mention the check in time supposed to be at 3 PM and I got there around 6 PM. I told the person in charge there was OK there I want to move the reservation for that day Are we also be interested in rent? Also, the next day as well.. I asked her how I can do that through the app and she told me that or not OK to get an extra day she want me to send her the money thru Zelle no thru the app. And I did it. in the meantime, she got us waiting outside when I already paid for the first day. I asked her to provide me the code to enter the property that I already pay because on the process to send the money and sign all the emails that she was sending me they were ready two hours. I was outside of the house unable to in the house already pay, say no after the second payment or complete. I Want to mention that I rent this property by the way was way expensive. Just because the advertisement says that the pool it was heated. When I start talking to the person in charge of the property, They told me there if I want the heater it cost me extra after I made the payment through the app, which I don’t understand because that was supposed to be covered by the payment that I made when I did the reservation. Then I ask her why if the advertisement says that the pool was heated. I have to pay extra after I make reservation. Then she told me that because I was getting two days that by the way were more than $1000 she will give me the code and instructions for the water heater I say OK.

Also I want to continue and say because I couldn’t continue and my explanation before they called that code that the person in charge of the property supposed to provide me never appear instead of the ignore on my messages I was asking for her to provide me the code to hitted the pool because I rented place with the heater pool It’s good to mention that completed ignored me never provided me that code to get the pool heater. It was extremely extremely cold. That made us pass to horrible days where I got sick because the cold water of the pool this person completely ignored me after I got my money.. two weeks after that contact me through the app requesting me $500 lying lying things are never happened on the property. I rent a lot of places through the app and I never face something like that. It was really unrespectful way to treat me has a customer. And I willnever come back there deal with those people
