Location wise is right in the centre of Cyberjaya.

The cleanliness is less to be desired. Toilet bowl at the middle of the house is dirty. I need to clean myself. Middle room ceiling have water ingress. The material fell onto the bed. House a bit rundown. Lots of foreigner in the location.

Location is good

Toilet bowl perlu ditukar dan wifi tak stable. Parking area banyak motosikal yang terbengkalai. Macam besi buruk dah kat area tu. Apartment ramai foreigner jadi perlu berhati hati. Owner bagi voice note pun mcm nak marah padahal instruction yang owner bagi tak clear esp tentang parking

The neighborhood, full of foreigners, hard to exit or enter the gate. Must register everytime u go out even to shop. The house is old, not worth with the payment.
