Spacious apartment with pool

The apartment was somewhat outdated and clearly not equipt for families (minimal kitchenware). Some cleaning also would be in order (spider webs, chewing gums under the night table, stains from smashed moskitos on the walls0

Lovely apartment, communal area and super easy check-in. Pool was nice and apartment had great facilities for cooking etc.

Not great location but easy to get an Uber, would recommend using driving apps.

Modern & clean room, super nice host, pool was a big plus. Our stay was very pleasant. Nataša is such a cool lady and friendly host, she helped us a lot and give great recommendations. The room has everything you need and there is a washing machine just next door. We had sunny days so the clothes dried quite fast too.

Natasya was super lovely and laid back, we arrived 5 hours late due to flight delay and get there at 5.30am and she was very kind and helpful. We had the place to ourself for the first part of the week which was amazing, like having our own private pool! The place was clean and had the basics you’d need for cooking which we did a couple of nights. Supermarket was just down the road and we walked there and to Zadar old town and Diklo beach etc which were all lovely walks. If you come expecting very basic you’ll be very very happy here. We loved it!

We are happy, this is just intended as some helpful feedback - The drains could do with bleaching as they seemed to smell a bit at times. (Bathroom) and we couldn’t get the shower to run hot for long but it was so hot there that we didn’t bother asking about it and we’re still happy. It would have been nice for the kitchen to have been stocked with some essentials for the stay, e.g. salt, pepper, milk, coffee, tea, water in the fridge. A frying pan… Also the kettle needs descaling or replacing, the water after boiling is dodgy looking. The scent for the room we put outside as it was very strong, like being in a room full of vape smoke, heavy on the lungs and not nice. Maybe try a different one?

The host was friendly and check in and check out easy. Spacious and two bathrooms and we liked the privacy of the pool.

The apartment was not very clean and well maintained. After you showered it became smelly in the bathrooms. Also the kitchen is not well equipped, there were not even cutting boards and dish washer tabs avalaible. Also it is very loud in the apartment and at the pool due to location next to the main street with many cars. You shouldn't go for the apartment if you are noise sensitive.

The hostess was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Good location, cheap Uber’s to town or walk to beach. Access to pool with no other guests for full stay. Very accommodating staff who were available for advice all the time. Helped with recommendations for nice bars, nightclubs, beaches, restaurants. If ever in Zadar, will stay again. Staff good English, we are from Ireland.
