Sleek City Pad 1-2BR apartment with Private Driveway & Central Access Nottingham

Absolutely terrible.

£120 to stay in a poorly converted garage which was cold, dirty including beds and linen, shabby, poorly equipped, filthy cups, greasy kettle. Exposed electrical wiring taped up, fire extinguisher no service labels, filthy fridge and freezer. Heating is controlled by the owner. It was freezing on arrival, I had to ask for heating to be switched on, which he did. He wanted to know when we would be going out so he could switch it off. It was minus 2 outside. Heating went off at 10.40 so asked again for it to be put on and left on as neither of us wanted to sleep in the beds, we laid on top of duvet in our clothes. The shower is under the outside steps, non insulated, bare brick in places, not heated and filthy. Without a doubt the worse place we've ever had the misfortune of finding. Complaints will follow to Booking.com and Nottingham City Council.

Cheap, convenient location, parking space, individual toilet and sink for each bedroom, good strong shower (albeit in the living room)

Not very clean in places, bed sheets smelled damp, slightly dangerous electrics, very cold (and no ability to control heating yourself), and bad noise proofing (family above were talking until 2am)

The flat was clean & have 2 toilet which was good. Max tried his best to keep necessary thing like toothpaste and some cooking oil in the kitchen also few extra slipper to use inside the flat, which was really helpful.

Shower looks modern but difficult to adjust for new people who are not familiar with this specific type of shower. Can install a basin in shower room can help, otherwise have to use kitchen basin because toilet basin is too small and conjusted to move around.

Ideal location being a 15 minute walk from everywhere we needed in the city centre. Local shop over the road too for bits and bobs.

The only issue for us was the size of the restrooms as they are tight but it was making the most of the space available so cannot really fault it more than that.
