Great location

Staff members who were living in dorms demonstrating 0 etiquette. You’d think they’d want to make the stay as pleasant as possible but instead they’re turning lights on after 10pm and screaming & shouting. I understand it’s a hostel but it’s not hard to respect other people who may be sleeping

was staying overnight in Panajachel to catch an early morning bus to mexico. it was convenient and within my budget. the staff was friendly and helpful

The hostel itself is great. Lovely staff, clean bathroom and kitchen, nice rooftop area, comfy bed.

We had an incident with the private room that was awkward. The windows face into the only indoor communal area and other guests stayed up past 11 talking outside. It sounded like they were in our bed chatting while trying to sleep. We so politely asked them if they could move to the rooftop/outside 3 times (!!!) before they moved. The windows could be removed and have just a wall here to avoid this, and maybe remind guests about the quiet hours on checkin/have a much more obvious sign in that area that it needs to be quiet after 10.

La cercanía a los muelles y ubicación. Que tenía cortinas en cada cama para mayor privacidad. La cocina. La terraza.

La puerta de la habitación hacia un ruido horrible cada vez que se abría y cerraba. No hay luz y enchufe individual en cada cama. Ni tampoco espacio suficiente para maleta o mochila. Justo por la buena ubicación hay bastante ruido. Los muebles de la terraza están descuidados.

The breakfast was really nice!

The room was really loud, the shower was not really warm and also the location of the hostel is not really the best.

噪音太糟糕了，根本睡不着，戴耳塞也没用，半夜狗不断大叫，各种车辆，痛苦的一晚上，完全没休息，累坏了。这种房间不该作为住宿环境

Preço muito acessível, ótima localização e instalações ok.

Encontrei minha mala aberta e minha cama mexida ao voltar de um passeio — sensação de invasão total, sem explicação da equipe. Além disso, hóspedes circulando de cueca no quarto e áreas comuns, o que considero falta de respeito. Não me senti segura.
