The host was very friendly. The homestay is clean and nice, and we feel at home. The toiletries/amenities, kitchenette, and bedrooms are perfect. Fully air-conditioning and the price is reasonable. The location is just next to UMK.

clean and spacious, a nice and simple interior house design located just behind UMK. all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, queen beda and wardrobes which is a bonus point for these area since most of the homestay these area does not fully equipped with air conditioning. got small kids area for kids to play in bedroom 3 which I appreciate well, my son doesn't get bored staying here. host is super friendly, she caters to your requests and questions nicely, prompt reply also, she is just a whatsapp away. got a well functioning kitchen (with airfyer, microwave and a stove), tv, fridge and washing machine. host provided 2 bottles of mineral water for us which is a nice gesture.

nothing actually, only can park 1 car inside gate at one time but that's not actually a problem. nothing to complain at all.
