"Great stay, recommend"

We had two power cuts during our stay but Host was really helpful and sorted it out within a very short time and offered small refund. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great heating system rooms warm up really fast. Flat was neat and clean when we checked in. Check out process was easy.

Would be helpful if there was a laundry drying machine, could do with a newer washing machine as well.

The flat was reasonably well appointed and everything worked fine. The heating was very efficient and the flat was clean. It was easy to get in. Our host was super helpful, very responsive and showed us around on arrival

Whilst the location was fine, the flat was above a supermarket with quite noisy refrigeration units. We got used to the noise, but it could be off-putting to other visitors. Some of the towels were fine, but others very small, but not a major issue.
