GBThe location was very good, with a lovely riverside walk down to the town, with its many restaurants, and pretty painted quayside buildings. Unfortunately there is currently building works in the harbour. This did not totally spoil our enjoyment, but we would love to come again when the works are completed. The property has been very well modernised, with high quality fixtures and fittings and tasteful decoration.
The position of some of the light switches takes some fathoming out, and in one case in particular, is potentially dangerous. The light switch for the downstairs loo is behind the door, and there is a step down which is unlit until you have negotiated the step. I think the level of lighting in the kitchen area is not bright enough for me personally. In the upstairs bathroom, the bath itself is on a raised plinth on which I twice stubbed my toe! It would be a good idea to paint the leading edge of the plinth in a bright colour. The turning off the main road, when approached from one direction is very very sharp. This resulted in me scraping the underside of my car on the raised kerb. I had to reverse into the main road and drive a little further down the road, turn round and enter the lane from the opposite direction.
GBTV needs upgrading to a Smart TV so people can do their own login to their accounts eg Netflix ie Amazon Prime

GBGBgreat location - quiet and convenient. lovely house, clean, comfortable - everything you needed. obviously recently done up and the upstairs bathroom was particularly lovely, beds comfy. very happy.
would have liked to have netflicks or prime or similar available to log into the lounge. it was only available in one of the bedrooms which was a shame as i wanted to watch a movie with the kids in the lounge - but a minor point overall.

GBGBLovely cottage, like home from home. Very clean, well furnished and cosy. Just a short walk in to town so perfect location. Quiet spot and parking available outside the property. Perfect family holiday and the hosts were very attentive. Would book again!
