GBGBVery welcoming and friendly comfortable room, good food
GBIt was a great location as my son was racing at GYG, literally seven minutes away from the track. The property has been recently refurbished and offered comfortable rooms with great food and a nice ambience in the bar.
GBGBEverything was as expected - I have stayed here in Room 4 previously and never been disappointed. Room and bathroom have been recently updated and are pleasantly decorated. WiFi was first class with good speed.
Not really a dislike but it was noted that there was a sticky stain on the carpet in the room in front of the dressing table where the coffee?tea making facilities are located -I suspect either tea or coffee has been spilt by a previous guest and spot cleaning is required.

Manager and member of staff. Manager told me that he didn't want me there again as everytime I am there, I have issues when I said that a car parked in the middle of the car park was going to block me getting out in the morning. Previously I complained that there was no tv reception and I think another time that I did not have a clean cup in my room. All of these are points which I should not have to complain about.
