Airport Hotel Grand

The clean hotel created a great first impression, room was equally clean and comfortable, Stress-Free Stay

I travel alone. Reception staff was very kind and good and said call if any problem. I slept well. I felt safe

I didn't liked a reception person tall bengali guy miss behaved and looks like a rasict inspite of complaining about the noise he said stay or get out I don't even listen to the owner and water tap not working inspite of telling them see the water which we were getting in the tap have attached the photos not expected from booking.com to suggest such a hotel the owner was polite and smiling receptionist seems to be too rude whenever interacted I won't trust booking.com again

The staff were extremely Respectful and helpful, they carried our luggage to the rooms, and spoke politely. The receptionist was also very well spoken, and helped us with all requests we asked him for. The rooms were clean, and family friendly. The food was great too, and especially Chai The only issue is, that no hot water tap was working, but considering the lpg crisis, I'll give it a go

La chambre ne ressemble absolument pas à ce que l’on a pu voir en photo. Nous avons au moins pu faire un checkin très tôt le matin ce qui est pratique.

La chambre ne ressemble à seulement pas aux photos également. On nous a placé près de la réception et avec la fenêtre donnant côté rue pour le calme la tranquillité on n’y repasse pour l’intimité sachant qu’on était collés à la réception c’est pareil on se demande pourquoi, on vient dans cet hôtel, la seule chose qu’il y a d’Airport c’est le nom mais sinon ce n’est pas si tu es à côté de l’aéroport.
