Cosy place in small town

The flat is very cozy and very modern - very nice bed and shower, and the living room is spacious too. I was passing through Tallinn and I needed a quiet place to work for three or four days and this flat was perfect. Mostly because the price/quality ratio was ideal and that was my most important criteria.

The location is obviously the downside here, as Maardu is not a very friendly or warm place. Lots of others have talked about the stairwell not being well lit and the building feeling unsafe. And while I understand the sentiment, those things didn't bother me. The thing that frustrated me the most was getting the door key to work 😅 It took me some time to realize that pressing in on the keyhole for the door would lock it. So that means when opening the door, you can't press in on the lock.

The room is clean and tidy, has a good shower, and the necessary kitchen equipment. The advantage is the price-quality ratio.

The house in which the apartment is located and the whole environment resemble a Soviet-era dormitory. The staircase to the fifth floor and the corridor to the apartment look especially gloomy. Upon entering the apartment, the impression changes to a positive one.

The apartment is nice, very well equipped and very clean. Good contact with the owner via booking messenger. I have no bad word to say about the apartment itself.

Constant cigarettes smell. It came from the outside however, I don't know how - either through the window or ventilation, but new portions of it kept coming. Also the building and the neighbourhood with multiple drunken people on the lawns is a bit spooky.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean and everything you need was provided.

For people with a Ferry from Muuga the location is absolutely convenient. The apartment is lovely and very good equipped. I appreciated the cleanness and the comfort. Also the communication with the owner was just great.

I liked everything but it can get very hot on sunny days. Maybe a small fan can help cool it down a bit.
