Summer House-Atlantis Residence

Let me be clear, The room itself is clean, the apartment is clean. Even though the agent is a bit late on response (some question does not even been answered) but the agent is helpful on me requesting the extra parking.

I have never felt unwelcome to a place like this. Before you come, please be inform, the pool have restricted time. sooo many rules and regulation. Have to drop the access cared before enter, so if one person want to go swim, everyone also need to come. As the lift need access card. Upon arrival, the traffic is packed to enter, due to slow flow from security, then the lift, available is 4 lift, but 1 is broken, and the lift is slow. we stuck at the lift for more than 30 min, due to packed with people. Too many restriction, not every facility is able to use, only the swimming pool and tiny playground. Others such as sauna, multipurpose room, are all restricted to the resident only. Do be aware on that. it is fine by me, as i am not using it. we only looking for the swimming pool, which have a lot of restriction as well. We were staying at block C, and the only gate open to swimming place is at Block D, which mean we have to walk all the way to another block to enter the swimming pool as they closed it to open only 1 entrance to swimming place. The guard at the swimming pool is very rude, as for the first time to the swimming pool, i didnt bring the access card, and i was scolded. I try to explain nicely and patiently that i still have family member, he with stern face "esok bawak access card" "but my family.." "esok bawak access card!" "is there any..' "Esok bawak access card!" you can just say nicely laaa. once we want to check out, the traffic is stuck from 4th level parking place. This will be my first and last time here. There are still so many place to choose which are more welcoming than this place.

Excellent location and has full condo facilities plus covered complimentary parking. Nearby to many local attractions.

The water filter was filthy, looking like been some time since the filter was changed. No toilet tissue provided. No response from host after i highlighted these issues. The sliding door to the balcony couldn't be locked posing a safety and security issue. Towels provided were a little thin.

2 bathroom but only one shower worked

Speechless. Very big room. Comfortable. The room also have small entertainment for kids. Credit to the host. Recommended.
