MYPool view with a nice pool for kids.
Only a single lift operates at a peak time. My family and I were forced to use the staircase to go up. Refrigerator not cold enough. Got cockroaches.

Cleanliness very bad - feet were black within first 10 minutes, all remotes not working/no battery, all air conds not working, fan remote also not working so we r defaulted to whatever speed it was. The fact that I was charged Rm80 cleaning fee n the apartment was so dirty (black feet), they only provide body shampoo, no hair shampoo, the washing machine n dryer area was locked or door can't be opened so basically can't use, the kitchen cabinets r full of rubbish, super dirty which makes me wonder what am I paying the Rm80 cleaning fee for. Better stay in smaller hotel with 2 rooms than here.. Unless u are desperate for whatever reason. It gets very noisy by 8am because of the kids in the hugeee pool. But take note, only given body shampoo. No hair shampoo, no hand-wash in toilets. Would not recommend staying here if everything is broken n dirty. Lucky I stayed only 1 night.
