GBEverything was as I expected felt like home will recommend

GBParking directly outside, great location, good size rooms, plenty of cleaning items and condiments. TV didn't show terrestrial channels, so only managed to pick up a few. Easy to access but initial steep flight of stairs. Had issues with the hot water, but this didn't affect the overstay. The shower was very good, once we got hot water !
Around 8 pm we discovered we had no hot water, we called the The owner who came within 10 mins of us calling, he tried to rectify the fault by having the heating on at 29 degrees, this helped having a shower. The next morning there was still no hot water , but the owner has arranged for a plumber. Still no hot water on the second evening so had to do the thermostat again at 29 degrees. The third morning plumber came to fix it. The bed was reasonably comfortable but we both seemed to roll into the middle, we did try single beds , they were very soft and not as comfortable.
GBThe flat was in a great location for our night in Leigh. It was nice and quiet and we managed to park easily. Check in was straight forward using the lockbox.
The cleaning lacked attention to detail. Particularly in the kitchen and bathroom the sink had toothpaste marks from previous guests, the shower mat was on the floor wet, there is mould on the bedroom ceiling. There were crumbs on the lounge floor and wrappers under the table.
GBLocation was excellent for leigh-on-sea and all the emmenties for cooking and relaxing.

Needs a good clean, beds not very comfortable, toilet is separate from shower room with no basin to wash hands, half a roll of toilet paper only

Shower could have had more power
GBNothing at all it was a terrible property was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Was in a terrible location due to the neighbour downstairs. The whole experience here was just horrifying I wouldn’t recommend staying here to my worsest friend.
Everything was absolutely horrible and mortifying.
