If I had to say anything negative it was no dedicated parking but we easily found a space in the road outside.

GBThe apartment was really well equipped. It had everything you could wish for and was nice and clean. Even left us come tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Very comfortable and would have been happy to stay much longer.
Could hear the tv, radio and talking from the people downstairs but actually it didn't really bother us in any way.

USThe flat was clean and Diamond was very responsive. It's a lovely flat. Leigh-on-Sea was a sweet town to visit.
It seemes a bit out of the way if you're looking for the city center, but on a nice quiet residential street.

Sofas smelt, the carpets also needed a clean and smelt and had lots of stains . Whilst most of the kitchen was well stocked, there was no chopping board for us to prepare food and snack.. the downstairs neighbour was also extremely rude- you can hear everything between the upstairs and the downstairs flat and she felt the doors were slamming which they weren’t and made some very rude comments. We didn’t appreciate these comments!
GBBreakfast was not included which we knew! location is perfect for getting around, the facilities were great, beds really comfy! It was very well equipped, didn’t need anything!
Just a heads up, the cleaning was not up to what I would expect of the accommodation! We’ve stayed in many many places and it wasn’t the standard it could Be, the Fridge just needed a quick wipe out, just basically a little more attention to detail! Everything looked a little tired, just a lick of paint and a deep clean would make it much more appealing! Wouldn’t stop us staying again! Also parking was a bit tricky as it’s all mostly residential parking!
