"Good location, worst room"

The location is great, just 750m away from the Uthandi beach, which is very quiet and private. That is amazing for a quiet morning stroll. The breakfast was okay.

The property is not maintained at all, sheets are dirty. Floor had gum on it. Windows were stuck due to not being opened regularly. It felt unhygienic.
