The view was exceptional

The dangerous, dirty stairs to approach the door. At night no night on the said stairs so very dangerous also bottom step very high and uneven. Rear windows and doors covered in years old cobwebs and in need of painting and maintenance. Front approaching steps also needs painting. I slept on bed sofa in living room but when I pulled out a duvet it was absolutely filthy

The flat itself was spacious and comfy. Outside space was excellent. Good cooking and kitchen facilities. The location was wonderful. Ideal for pottering around old Tenby as well as access to restaurants and pubs. A short walk to the multi-story with long term parking.

The description for flat 4 mase no mention that it was not part of the main building. The steps down to the basement entrance were very steep. I had to ring for information (while parked on a double-yellow line) to find out how to get in. Even then, the outer door looked locked and needed a hefty shove! The bathroom and bedroom were a little musty due to the internal walls. Incidentally, the prices given for parking in the welcome email are out if date.

Location and view were amazing. They were what made it such a good property.

I could not find the key when we arrived because noone had told me that I had to go downstairs to the property. No towels were provided. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. The shower door did not close properly. The property was shabby.

Time spent very well. The pros are that the view from the garden is beautiful. The cons are that the paint is peeling off the ceiling, the cleaner did not clean the apartment well. There was trash under the sofa in the living room, lots of cobwebs. It was not prepared for 4 people, the bedding had to be prepared by yourself

There were no towels,hairdryer or toilet rolls on arrival there is a mention in t&c but should be more prominently displayed.

Wasn't very clean

You cannot beat the location of this apartment. Even though unloading your things while stopped on the narrow street is a challenge (had to park on the sidewalk), it is manageable. There is a Tesco nearby, and easy access to the multi-storey parking garage. Our two daughters slept on the pull out sofa and did not complain about it. The bedroom was quite roomy.

The apartment always felt damp, maybe because flat #4 where we were is a basement apartment. Our towels never seemed to dry (and you have to bring your own--towels are not included).
