"עסקה טובה ביחס למחיר."

לי היה קשה למצוא את המקום. לא מצאתי חניה במתחם. חניתי בחוץ ברחוב. החדר היה נקי ומצויד בכל הנידרש.

הכל

השכונה מסביב לא משהו. הבנין יפה אבל כשיוצאים מהבנין אז זו שכונה עם בניני רכבת, פחות נעים. הדירה היתה נקייה מאוד חוץ מהמעקה במרפסת- עם קקי של יונים, כך שאי אפשר היה לגעת, פחות נעים. וגם הזכוכית במעקה מאוד מלוכלכת, כדאי לנקות.
