GBthe apartment as very good with pleasant view
The location. The address given is misleading as not in Michico but only night before and we didn't see it did owner advise was same street but in Agua de Pena hence we walked to wrong address. A very helpful local person then rang the owner as they confirmed we were on the correct street. The owner did then drive out and pick us up. As we did not have a car we had a long walk into Michico to get the bus to our various outings. The owner should be more upfront about the location. If you have car though its hillside location means you get a view. Eating in is OK as apartment very good.
ESPTExcelente localização, muito tranquilo. A escassos minutos de carro do centro de Machico e de fácil acesso às principais estradas da Madeira. Estacionamento em frente gratuito. Espaço confortável, bem decorado e com uma cozinha equipada com tudo o que é necessário. A Zélia é muito simpática, está sempre disponível por telefone e providencia excelentes recomendações (nomeadamente gastronómicas) que nos foram muito úteis durante as férias.

GBOur flight from Funchal back to the UK was cancelled due to bad weather, meaning that we had to find overnight accommodation. By the time we reached the accommodation it was dark and we were absolutely exhausted. Our host Zelia took the trouble to drive to the apartment and to help us with the key safe and our luggage. Zelia is the perfect host and "Viewpoint" is very spacious and superbly furnished, which accommodated our every need. The bed is very comfortable, and the power shower is excellent. The accommodation is serviced and cleaned daily and the linen and towels were pristine.
