We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Studio Kooka nui. Michael met us at the apartment’s main entrance upon arrival, making check-in seamless. The studio was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A fabulous Italian restaurant (Villa Conti) and a great pizza place are just a three-minute walk from the door, and a supermarket is also close by. The Papeete Ferry Terminal is about a fifteen-minute walk. Thank you to Angelique for arranging our taxi and for the excellent online communication, which made everything go so smoothly. Thanks again to you both!

No complaints at all, Kooka Nui Studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

L'appartamento è ampio on bella terrazza.pulitissimo a 5 minuti dal centro . c'è anche il garage se si affitta macchina o scooter

Neues Appartementhaus. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Komplette Küche. Alles Top, besser geht nicht. Für Papeete gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Angelique war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps zum Heiva-Fesival gegeben. Und hat uns zu guter Letzt ein "Nachttaxi" besorgt.

Very convenient location in walking distance from the main “action” of Papeete but still very quiet and private. Comfortable and well appointed. It overlooks a school and it was beautiful to hear the kids singing in French in the morning!

Perhaps some written notes in the unit about how to work the cooktop, dispose of garbage etc

It is a serviced apartment, the kitchen is well equipped. It is located within walking distance to the city center, car rental, bus stops and cafe's/bars. It is a very secure facility and only residents can enter. It comes with a designated car parking spot for 1 large SUV.

There is nothing to not like. The property is amazing and is true as advertised. There are no negatives about the property.
