Good

I was upgraded to a high floor with balcony and a great view. 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, items in steam trays we're not appealing. They cook eggs to order and there is plenty of fresh fruit, so it does have some merit. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast items in the steamers seemed like eating leftovers.

Everything is nice and good, clean and cozy; also I like the pool on the roof 👍 Reception workers are professional; clean, comfortable pool; cleaning every day

The service at the front desk was very good, Mr. Son made the stay a very good trip.

Mattress was hard with spring’s almost sticking out 🤨 the room is in need of some renovation Hard to shower with only a bath shower hose in the bath.

The room was large and bed was king size. There was no holder where you could stick the shower, so it was quite difficult to take a shower. And there was no curtain or anything, so the whole bathroom was wet. It was the smallest toilet paper I've ever seen. Although there was space for a small fridge near the table, but it was located under the table. AC blew like it almost dead, but if you turn it on for all night he made his work. The breakfast was quite Asian - the hotel knows its customers.

Breakfast doesn’t match 4 start hotel There was no single chicken or beef options Mostly pork and one option of fish balls ( which was so bad) Coffee was very oily for some reason Tea is like a water They cleaned room very briefly. Only changed towels and wipe the floor Staff was okay, but very hard to communicate in English. So many misunderstandings happened

Breakfast did not offer any western options and our room had a bad smell. However we did move rooms and found the other room much better. The hotel is also opposite a beach bar with very loud music, but this does get turned down at 10 or 11pm
