De ligging en de grootte van het appartement.

De douche bleef niet hangen aan de stang en lekte, er stond een groot rek met nat wasgoed in het appartement en het was niet helemaal schoon. Achter het bed, duidelijk zichtbaar lag veel stof. Het appartement wordt verhuurd voor 5 personen maar de slaapbank is niet comfortabel om op te liggen.
