USVery clean, Great tub, awesome water pressure & shower head, has washer/dryer, didn't use it but jacuzzi right next door easy access, parking will fit 1 large truck, great wifi. Good size refer & huge gas stove, good lighting.. Comfortable bed. FYI - EVERY Intersection in Grass Valley is a 4 way stop.
Has one wall mounted A/C unit in living room/kitchen area - bed is up stairs so need to run on high cool setting and keep attic fan over bed on high to cool down sleeping loft. Loft fans very loud. 1 stairway to get to living room and another VERY STEEP stairs to get to Loft bedroom. End table bulb burned out.. Need shower gel refill. It has a nice French press but coffee was ground for drip - need much coarser grind. DIRECTIONS were inaccurate - indicated turn is onto a 1 way street. S/B take Richardson to R turn on Rustic then R on Wood then R onto Maiden (1 way) then Driveway is immediately on your R & is hidden until you are upon it.

USI liked that it was secluded but close to everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plus there was a beautiful Jasmine bush outside so we could smell it while having coffee in the morning in the kitchen with the window open. It was very nice and peaceful.
Driveway is a little narrow but once we figured out the best way to get in there, it wasn’t so bad. LOL!!!
