The accommodation was very nice, I warmly recommend the location. The people managing it were very kind and helpful. It is close to the center, 5 minutes from the old town, and the area is not noisy. Overall, the price-quality ratio is very good. Two suggestions for the apartment managers would be to install a door handle on the outside and to cover the vent through which the noise from the cars comes in.
