"Highly recommmended."

This generously appointed family home is a great choice; a moderate walk to the village centre and close to the playground as well as a local but extremely expensive shop. Warm thanks to the heating, great wifi. Large garden with plenty of furniture. Second bathroom a big bonus. Excellent Sony TV with ROKU. Easy entry. Great comm's from the local letting company (thanks Gemma!). Quiet location and kind friendly neighbours.

*No off-road parking* but adequate parking on the road adjacent to the house. Some bedroom and bathroom doors did not shut. The beach is not walkable with small children (distance). No heating instructions (?). The beds in the second bedroom are strictly for children or adults of smaller stature! The dishwasher is too small for four (this is nitpicking as the kitchen was generously equipped). Draining board drains towards the large worktop not the sink - this damaged a lot of our foodstuffs :-(

"Probable better off in a hotel nearer the beach - East Wittering was more lively and had lots more shops and pubs."

Plenty of room and amenities.

Not really near shops or pubs or that near the sea. The cost of car parking at West Wittering beach was outrageous £13.50.

"Superb"

Amazing stay! Felt like home away from home (right down to the little measuring spoons for baking). The property is a five minute drive to the beach. Perfect for families and the high chair was a real plus for us.

Shower head in the upstairs bathroom needs replacing
