L’emplacement, la gentillesse du propriétaire. Le prix reste haut quand même haut par rapport au reste mais pour une nuit c’est correcte

Les toilettes qui font sdb, la propreté est un peu à revoir quand même, ce n’était pas très confortable et les bruits la nuit était vraiment dérangeant

L'emplacement proche de la médina et son souk emblématique, proche de l'oudaya et plage.

L'insalubrité de l'appartement. La taille des toilettes qui font aussi douche (trop petite) .

The shower 🚿 room is bad

Small but nice and clean apartment, in a central location. The location is very good, everything is in walking distance, like food, store, bazaar, ocean, beach, railway station, tram, bus. The two rooms are okey, but there is no extra living room, so the appartment suits more for 2 people then for 4, if not a family. For us as a family or travellers on budget, it will do. The bathroom is, let's say, exotic as the toilett and shower is the same, small room, so you can sit on the toilet, during taking a shower. Actually it does it's functions. .

The venue has only a few kitchen utensils, cups, glases, plates, etc. Mostly thougth only for 2-3 people. A bit loud, not because it in on the groundfloor, but because of the flat and people above it.

The place is pretty humid, make it very cold at night. Apart from this, the facilities work properly and Driss, the caretaker is super nice and helpful

The host waited for me because my train was late. Its a very nice location. The washing machine is a toploader that can only spin and has to be filled and emptied manually. In winter it can be quite cold as its a floor level flat with no direct sunlight. But in summer this is crucial to keeping cool.
