Удобное расположение, при желание до центра города можно дойти пешком за 20-25 минут, либо доехать на автобусе за 5 минут. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания: посуда, туалетные принадлежности, соль, масло, стиральная и сушильная машинка и т.д.

Было бы неплохо добавить в квартиру место для хранения вещей (шкаф или комод), так как сейчас негде разложить вещи при необходимости
