There is nothing good to tell. I was unable to get into the property.

There was no communication with the owner. I tried to ring the number given on the Booking.com website, but all I got was the message "This number is not in use". The owner did not answer my email or text messages and did not turn up at the check-in time given. There has been no communication, explanation or apology after the event. The owner's behaviour caused considerable inconvenience, as I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. It is completely unacceptable, and Booking.com should not list this property in future.

I never checked in, I never checked out. When I arrived, they said that there is someone already in the apartment and that they will contact Booking.com to get this matter resolved. I assumed that they will handle this but I still haven't been refunded or compensated after a month. I had one hour on the spot to look for alternative accommodation which I did for a much bigger price as most places were booked in the city on the day.

The property can accommodate two people but has only one pillow, No soap for hand washing, There is no shampoo,

I had to wait 1 hour to get in. The contact number did not work. Now they are not able to provide me recipe from my stay.
