I ended leaving first day horrible place, booking shouldn’t have it as option

The room was very cozy and clean. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cheap, cozy room in Valladolid

Easy place to crash for a night, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The pool was a nice plus. Great food just up the street.

It was a little hard to find at first, and the address was challenging to figure out while on the road. Once there, it wasn't super clear which building was the correct place. This was at night though.

Good price, but you have to be aware that you really get what you pay for. The welcome was very warm. Location was central enough in Valladolid to easily get to the centre and good restaurants. Parking on the patio was fine.

Very small, dark room. Not really any place to put your things. Bathroom not really separated from the room. By far no European standard, but then again, the price was really good.

Host were good. Decent place to stay for couple of nights

Location was 10 minute from downtown but quiet place in the evening / night. Room size was small

The person who welcomed us (a young woman) was very kind! She showed us to our rooms and helped us when there was no hot water and not sufficient parking space, as well as when I was locked out of my room by accident. Her attention and friendliness made our stay pleasant.

Accessing the property was a bit difficult, as the parking space is actually a long patio, so another car from another guest had to be moved so we could park ours. The room wasn’t quite clean (there were stains on the walls, and the floor was a bit dirty), it is quite small (there’s only a bed), and there is very poor ventilation. The TVs did not have any volume in either room we booked. There was no hot water in one of the rooms during the first night we spent there. The bathroom is inside the room, but has no separation from the rest of the room, so odours coming from it fill up the entire room. The WC did not have a lid or seat. Even for one person it is slightly uncomfortable, so it’s only convenient if you just sleep, shower, and dress up there, and spend the entire day out (which we did). The swimming pool is actually a pileta (concrete-made water container) which is too cold in Yucatán’s wintertime. The streets surrounding the accommodation are safe but poorly lit and not quite appealing. I would only recommend it as a very last option in case other places are fully booked.

It's not the most central location but it's very walkable into the centro.
