The Staff is very courteous and professional. They try to accommodate you in every way possible. There is a front desk Manager, Asif, who is very accommodating. Upon check in, he doesn't ask for money or documents up front. He ensures that first you settle, then complete the formalities.

The worst thing about the property is the breakfast buffet. Very limited options and not up to the mark. The kind of standards this group have, one expects a lot more from Etihad Club. I stay a lot at Etihad Club and this part always bothers me. I hope, one day they realize this gap and work on it.
