The location was perfect and in the middle of town

The apartment is awesome and the owner has done a great job renovating it. Very bright, spacious and the little spa upstairs is lovely. The location of this apartment couldn't be better. You literally step out of the door onto the main street, and the ferry is only a 5 minute walk (max) away!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

So clean and modern - lovely place. We loved the location most of all. It’s situated in the most charming alley, close to a number of wonderful restaurants. Maurizio and his wife were attentive, kind, and very prompt with answering questions or providing extra towels etc. I cannot go without air conditioning, so that was a huge plus. I have a knee injury, so I had to sleep downstairs. It was a huge plus having a downstairs pullout sofa. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Only small issues to speak of, especially considering this is a very new Airbnb type rental (still being tweaked etc). I would add clothing storage upstairs (drawers would be perfect), and a roller shade for the patio door for privacy (if there are renters in the unit next-door). I would add a drying rack outside for drying laundry, and maybe add a full-length, or large, mirror somewhere. Honestly, minuscule tweaks. The place is wonderful!!

The property is so central you couldn’t be in a better location. Everything is so acsess able and the host is amazing. The owners met us and took us to the apartment, showed us round and how to use everything. He also was on hand for anything we needed throughout the trip. Really good value for such a beautiful modern apartment.
