SGWhat a property! We absolutely adored this Cosy Kowhai Cottage! with the experience complemented by very friendly hosts! To break our journey from Hawkes Bay to Wellington - a stop in Greytown/Martinborough seemed in order. We only wish we had stayed for longer than our sole night. It was such a beautiful part of New Zealand, complemented by great places to eat and sample the delicious local wines. The house is located within a short walking distance from the main area of Greytown, down a very quiet residential and beautiful road. It is set in the loveliest garden, and although it looks smaller from outside - it is indeed a sizeable house, with 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 1 very large bathroom, and a fabulous large living / dining and kitchen. The layout was fabulous! There is also outdoor space, including a beautiful dining area to be utilised. Everything about this house was so well thought out - and it contained everything that you ever needed. The attention to detail was immense. We were in total awe. It was clean, comfortable and felt like a real home - and we had such a lovely time just relaxing there! Although we did not cook, the kitchen was amazing, with a utility room and a pantry! We would have loved to have had such a kitchen where we just moved from! What a beautiful place, and our only mistake was not to spend much more time here.

NZA bed each for 4 individuals. Sunny dining area for afternoon drinks. Quiet and very comfortable. Very well equipped.
