Oriental Bay At Its Best

The location was great and the apartment clean and comfortable.

I did not get the information needed to access the cable car to the apartment so had to ring the host on arrival.

The view was breathtaking, the private cable car a unique experience and room itself cosy and well equiped.

The owners had left a loaf of Vogels bread for breakfast but no butter or spreads.

The view was so amazing! The unit was easily accessible by cable car. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included cereal, bread, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee. We had a very enjoyable stay. Owner was very responsive to messages.

I absolutely loved the frozen burrito! It was just what I needed one evening. Loved the view, and the novelty of needing to use the cable car. The underfloor heating kept it nice and warm.

I would have liked hot chocolate to be available, as well as an alternate tea (Earl Grey only appeals to some people). Also some other spreads (e.g. peanut butter, marmite, honey) would have been nice.

We were riveted by the splendid harbour view from the patio or indeed the whole room, for morning coffee, afternoon tea and night bubbles, and tickled to find binoculars provided. Lovely generous amount of milk and muesli, bread, butter and jams for breakfast.

Only wish is for a luggage rack so we could tidy the ‘floordrobe’

Awesome location with fantastic views and convenient, exiting cable car access. The room was warm and quiet.

The bathroom is a squeeze and there is no comfortable seating.
