Todo , muy moderno y acogedor , en frente de la playa , cocina equipada con todo , baño igual . Nos ha encantado , la terraza preciosa !!! Volveremos pronto

El apartamento esta muy equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia. Las camas muy cómodas. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, el patio, que te permite cenar y si vas con perrito (como en mi caso), es un espacio que se agradece tener. Además, la piscina, aunque es comunitaria, la pudimos disfrutar nosotros solos.

Quizás se echó en falta que hubiese alguna cosa básica más en la cocina como sal o capsulas para la cafetera. Personalmente, la zona de playa no nos gustó mucho porque está el agua muy sucia (por su cercanía al puerto). Y el parking que se ofrece no está en el mismo edificio, sino 3 calles más atrás.

Keys were given to us very late. No one contacted me before had with instructions when I was told there would be and I explained I had two young children with me! One who has special needs! No hot water the whole time we were there.( the whole building tho not just us ) we where either told to stay or go basically didn’t offer us anything ! Had to get someone out to fit toilet. Took someone hours / sometimes days to get back to us ! Not ideal when we had two small children one with special needs ! The pillows really need replaced also very uncomfortable. Place was very clean and location was nice however !

Great location. The outdoor veranda is very spacious. In Spring and Summer with the extra sunshine it will be a perfect spot for sunbathing. It was winter when we were there so we knew we wouldn't get too much sun. The inside air conditioning was excellent for both hot & cooler temperatures.

Only thing would be the bed pillows weren't very large. But that's only what we're used to.

A very nice apartment in front of the beach, it's located in a very calm area. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped (there is also a dishwasher). It also has a big terrace with long table where you can relax. We didn't use the swimming pool on the roof but it looks nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep. At night it was absolutely quiet. We could park our car in front of the entrance. It's also close to Cartagena (30 mins by car) and Murcia. There's a nice area to walk. We were allowed to bring our dogs.

There was a smell in the fridge from the previous guests. The towels could be better. It would be great to have at least salt in the kitchen.
