La Cuadra de El Palmital

I booked this apartment as an escape to the countryside to relax, be in nature, peace and quiet and I got that experience. The outside space has sun most of the day when it is shining and the view is spectacular and super relaxing. Fernando the owner was very thoughtful and met us from the bus as we did not have a car. We also ate at the restaurant at the bottom of the hill Mirador del Palmital, owned by Fernando the son and he treated us so well and the food was delicious we ate there each night. Hiking trails close by where you can walk to Tilos de Moya and then to Moya town. 8km and very beautiful. You can take the bus back from Moya. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was very hot all the time which was very nice during the low temperatures in the winter. Very spacious apartment inside and out.

Equipment and utensils for cooking were not great. There was no heating but the place warmed up during the day with the sun and the hot water and the extra blankets permitted us enough warmth during the night in bed.
