Studio Rho -Fiera Milano

Good location to stop over during the visit of Fiera Milano. Cafes and shops are close to the property. Everything was clean.

Dark entrance (couldn't see the keyhole to put a key in), air conditioner didn't start working after turning on, it just was standby mode for 15min and nothing happened. Maybe I just was not qualified enough to use it :)

The location, cleanliness, facilities and the communication with the owners. If I had a question, I sent a whatsapp and they replied in minutes. It couldn't have been any better.

Nothing to be liked in particular. Everything was unspectacular or below expectations

* The interaction with the people renting the studio (mother and daughter, foreigners). Poor social skills, no understanding of the hospitality industry basic owner - client interaction rules. They agreed to extend the check in time with 1 hour but later kept insisting I was late (luckily I have the email confirmations, which they somehow forgot about). Their concerns were when I`m leaving (I was asked at least three times, first time via the phone even before arriving at the location), was almost not allowed into the flat because I was a single male at the time of the arrival (my partner was due to arrive the next day, with another flight) and they kept insisting that I should send them via WhatsApp copies of her documents, using some justifications that were at least questionable from my pov. * I accepted and paid the huge price for a studio in the outskirts of Milano because I needed to be close to the train station. But the apartment did not look/felt in reality as it looked in the pictures. Most of the furniture, tiles, accessories were there for at least 20 years. * The central (gas) heating is located in the same room. During the night you will have to choose between freezing or being constantly awaken by the flame start bursting noise & the lengthy burning process.

Big apartment, very clean and within 5min of walking to train station.
