Apartamento nuevo cerca de la playa y del centro

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu sklepy i lokalne kawiarnie. Mieszkanie duże i przestronne, dobrze wyposażone.

Mieszkanie potrzebuje odświeżenia. Czuć wilgoć i odwiedzily nas też karaluchy :( prysznic po pierwszym dniu się zatkał i trzeba było brać kąpiel na raty (zły odpływ).

De goede service

Perfect location, right in the middle between the city and the beach.

The host was waiting for us even if we arrived late. When the key was given, the appartment was very clean. Not far from the center and the sea, count 10 min in taxi. 2 rooms with terraces and fully furnished. Bathroom is big and the living room has a convertible sofa.

The appartment is on ground floor, and the city bins are right in front of the door. Even if they cleaned the appartment, you can smell the humidity since they are no windows in the living room. The biggest problem for us was coackroaches. At night an invasion of small cockroaches are all over the living room and the kitchen. It was disgusting as they were on the bathroom, the living room table and in the kitchen appliances (plates, glasses...) I dont know if its because of the bins outside or because its on the groundfloor, but it wasn't a great experience. We couldn't leave our luggages the day of the check out, and it was a bit early, 11am.

Location

We had to wait owner in front of apartment to receive keys more than half hour in the midle of the night with samll kids. We arranged shutlle to airport with owner but there was one waiting for us. Sofa in living room was uncomfortable.

The location is quite literally perfect, 10-15 min biking distance maximum from anything you would like to do in Valencia. Everything is close by and the fact that its on the ground floor is really convenient. The apartment itself has pretty much anything you would need.

Just really minor things. The apartment had a weird smell to it sometimes, but this would go away after a few minutes of opening some window or turning on the airconditioning. The toilet is also way to small for most men, usable but annoying.

Close to the sea , parking on the street, renovated apartment, balcony, feels like home.
