Positive things: - we were able to check in earlier than normal, so a big plus here - close to public transport - supermarkets downstairs - comfortable bed - wine glasses and opener - lights were adjustable - a lot of storage space Overall it's an ok property, average, so I will not stay here again. It's not bad, but it's not excellent. Value per money was okeish.

The host wrote a message asking me to give them a 10 star rating because it helps them, but they also told me to suggest them improvements on the message thread and therefore to not write them here. I don't think it's fair. This is why this property has an almost perfect score but it's far from being perfect. People should rate properties in fairness, to help tourists like them have a nice stay. We looked for the C1 building upon arrival but we didn't know there are 2 C1 buildings at that residential place. One has 3 entrances. The correct one is the one with only 1 entrance,just behind Zimbru hotel. The host didn't give us a "heads up" about this, so we spent a few minutes searching. When I asked her, she answered me immediately, so in the end it was ok. The apartment is in the "industrial area", just near a CET (a facility where heat is produced). Therefore the view is towards this CET and the pictures on Booking were successful in hiding it. There is a constant noise coming from this or from the supermarket outside, didn't figure which one. If you are a light sleeper like me you'll have problems. Top bathroom drawer had a lot of beard hair from shaving. Drawer below mirror was stained. Balcony chair was dirty, pillow on it was dirty like never washed. Ashtray on balcony was full. Some spots in the kitchen had breadcrumbs.

Great location, close to supermarkets, the view is nice. Even though there is not a lot of room, the place is decorated with taste, very well designed. We were very happy with the big bathroom

There is a bit of noise coming from the vehicles dropping cargo close by which, for a sleeper like me, was not the best.

How warm and dry the place is, the entire building is clean and feels very safe. I also love how close it is to big supermarkets and the mall. The lady managing the apartment was extremely helpful and allowed me to checkout late

The quality of some of the appliances and overall a general feeling of cheap decorations. Cleaning could be improved, especially in the areas less visible and the windows

We had an amazing stay in these apartments during our trip to Iași. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided. The space smelled fresh and pleasant throughout all three days of our stay, and it was always warm and comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, with a large parking area and grocery stores just a short walk away. There’s also a nice shopping center right across the street, which was very handy. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were lucky to have kind and friendly neighbors. Also we enjoyed the view through the window very much. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Iași!

The best location for a night/few days/ couple. I have been around the city but got my eyes.
