"Good value for money, if Wi-Fi is fixed"

The villa is spacious, clean, with very nice view from the pool area and the balconies. The dining area on the open air is also very nice. The air itself is fresh, as the villa is located at 500m above the sea, so the temperature difference with Kas city center is tangible and the nights are cool in the end of October. The rooms on the upper floor are spacious with comfy beds. You'll need a car to reach the villa, it's a 15 min drive to peninsula on the steep road. For groceries you'd better go to Kas, as village stores have poor assortment. But that's not a problem as you'll have a car anyways. The kitchen is well equipped, and some broken items were generously and quickly replaced by the host. The host is very responsive and kindly allowed us for late check-in as we had a late flight.

There are some things that need to be fixed. First of all, the shower heads are leaking in several bathrooms (hope they will be replaced). Also there was a sewage smell during the first week of our stay. Then things got a little bit better. Internet connection: it's very slow (1Mbps). While the host tried to fix it during our stay, he did not succeed. Hot water: we were staying in the late October and in the mornings/evenings there were no hot water. I'm not sure if the boiler exists that can fix it. Otherwise you'd better book for summer months.

This is a really beautiful property. It is perfectly decorated and the attention to small details was amazing. It was clean and modern and the host was so thoughtful providing so many essentials which meant we didn’t need to go shopping right away. It was by far the nicest property we have stayed in and the host was so pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

"Perfect villa for family vacation"

The villa is great. Design is so stylish, pool is clean. All kitchen appliance is working good. The beds are so comfortable. Besides there is a big TV (with Netflix) which we watched all our family every evening when we came from the beach.

Children didn’t want to leave villa even to go to the beach😀
