Yes, the lady was incredible inept as how the check in was , didn't know how to read ir what to read so she charged me twice, I tend to be patience and friendly but I guess I ended up being fool by being charged twice for the two nights I stayed . Uhm food basic and the hospitality worse, like I said to this day I am waiting an refund, take everything with a grain of salt

The fact the lady didn't know the computer , I was on a budget and yet I'm still waiting for the refund after paying twice to this day

I liked that tge check in was still open when I've arrived

Well! I didn't like more things! After I've extra payed cash (€60 on top at the checkin desk) for upgrading the room for 2 nights reservation, since 16th to 18th /05/2025 and when I came back later in the morning on (18th by 5am) to the hotel after a wedding party and wanted to open my room door to get in and sleep guess what..., my room had been handed over to a couple and I couldn't get in and the staff were off work by that time! It was absolutely hilarious and annoying I felt ripped off and disgraced! I highly recommend to not go there and the facilities are really poor , I'd rather sleep in a van on field 🤣
