Une chambre et une salle de bain correcte. Une cuisine e un salon commun aux autres chambres.

Logements non fumeurs mais certains locataires ne respectaient pas cette interdiction et l'odeur était parfois très gênante. Mais cela n'est pas de la responsabilité des propriétaires.
