Dobri domaćini, uredan smeštaj, vrlo praktičan. Sve vam je blizu tako da auto patkirate u garaži.

Nigde ne piše da je na glavnoj ulici tramvaj koji prolazi na svakih 5-10 min, I naravno svaki čujete (osetite) jer je stan u podrumu. Na našu žalost imali smo problema sa bojlerom koji je bio preglasan kad se pusti topla voda ali nadam se da će to da reše u najkraćem roku.

Apartman je prostran, ugodan i ima sve potrebno za boravak. Nalazi se gotovo uz tramvajsku stanicu odakle ste za 10ak minuta u samom centru grada.

Blizina tramvaja može biti i nedostatak jer se stalno čuje i osjeti kad tramvaji prolaze. Nama nije smetalo, ali nekome možda hoće. Parking je malo nezgodan ukoliko se dolazi većim automobilom.
