Convenient to destination, and cost.

Traffic in general, not fault of Downtowner Inn.

The gentleman at the reception was very particular about giving us a great room. He actually gave us keys to two rooms, asked us to take a look and pick the one we liked. :-) This was very nice of him. ROOM : Excellent, looks like they have all new equipment viz. fridge, toilet, bathtub, etc. Everything spic n span. I loved the wall fixed soap, shampoo, cond, and lotion. LOCATION : Not a great surrounding area for walking around, but very safe and clean. we are here to visit the town, so worked great. Doors and walls are noise resistant, no smoke smells, and surroundings are very clean.

B'FAST : Would be good to have better quality cups, lids and utensils for the quality of the place.If youre good with a hot fresh waffle + coffee its fine, but would be good to add eggs/fruit perhaps.

Not far from the city center, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The inn is next to a very loud road. The noise from the traffic is quite loud in the room too but mostly during the day so we didn't have trouble sleeping during the night.

Very convenient location. Close to highway access.

The crackheads outside but thanks to the lights like Vegas I was fine 😆

Did not try but seemed very minimal.

Loved the cleaning staff they keep the place magnificent.

No ironing board
