Downtowner Inns - Houston Downtown & Convention Center

The check-in process was quick and easy. The check-in clerk was friendly.

I did not get an explanation of the layout of the facility. The booking mentioned a hottub/sauna, but could not find it. The rooms looked nice, but the smell was not appealing. The beds only had 3 small, square pillows that did not provide much head support. The peep/eye hole on the door had toilet paper stuffed in it for some reason. The room only came with two small children sized towels, not adult sized. The water pressure was extremely lacking and the shower head was spraying water out the threads. The bath tub was slippery with now anti-slip strips on the bottom of it. We ended up not staying there the second night.

Clean room. Good location. Easy parking.

La ubicación es buena para moverse en transporte público o taxi, caminando al centro son como 30-40 minutos. Fueron muy amables en dejarnos hacer check in antes de la hora y en permitirnos tomar café cuando ya había terminado la hora del desayuno.

Se encuentra sobre una vía rápida y se escuchaba algo de ruido. Pero no fue un problema para nosotros.
