Was allowed to check in early 1 hour. Not too far from main square. Grocery store close, bathroom updated. Clear instructions with pictures to enter building and apartment.

Was told to excuse light dust on stairs when entering the building, and in reality it was all under full blown construction. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. Air conditioning was in the main room only, the room with large bed and twin was extremely hot the entire stay. A/c did not reach that area of the apartment - hard to sleep at night. A fan would “help” the situation at best. Small and cramped, not worth the value we paid. Upstairs neighbors woke us up early stomping feet for hours. Stayed in others parts of Italy for 4 weeks and this is by far the most disappointing accommodation for the money we paid. Check in is 3:30pm (even though we got in a bit early) but check out was 9:30am. If I paid a lot less I would have not have had higher expectations.

Great location and very clean. Host was responsive but unable to resolve our issues.

Stairs under significant construction made getting in and out of the unit very difficult. Honestly people shouldn’t be staying there during the renovation. We were in the “attic” room and no one turned on the AC prior to our arrival and it was HOT to the point we were unable to stay in the room. It took the AC many hours to get the room somewhat cool. We were unable to use the back bedroom because of the heat.

Excellent location, super easy check in process. The room is exactly as shown in pictures, just fine for our family of three (one double bed, one single). The host was very helpful, their instructions were very clear and response time was fast as well. You also get to enjoy a lovely free breakfast (pastry and coffee) in a cafe nearby, which if it's included in your booking.
